One of the few moves the Red Sox made at the deadline was trading PawSox first baseman/outfielder Lars Anderson to the Cleveland Indians for right-handed pitcher Steven Wright. The 27-year-old Wright was having a good season for Cleveland’s AA affiliate, the Akron Aeros, leading the team in wins with a 9-6 record in 20 starts and posting a 2.49 ERA.
